2. Doctor Appointment Cancellations
2.1 Cancellation by Patient
- 24+ hours before appointment: Full refund of consultation fees and platform fees
- 12-24 hours before appointment: 50% refund of consultation fees, no platform fee refund
- Less than 12 hours before appointment: No refund
2.2 Cancellation by Doctor
If a doctor cancels an appointment, patients will receive a full refund of both consultation fees and platform fees within 5-7 business days.
3. Lab Test Cancellations
- Before sample collection: Full refund of test fees
- After sample collection: No refund unless the lab is unable to process the sample
- Home collection cancellation: Must be done at least 6 hours before scheduled time for full refund
4. Pharmacy Orders
4.1 Order Cancellation
- Before dispatch: Full refund
- After dispatch: No cancellation allowed
4.2 Returns
- Medicines cannot be returned once delivered due to regulatory requirements
- In case of damaged or wrong products delivered, contact us within 24 hours with photographic evidence
- Refund or replacement will be provided after verification
5. Refund Processing Time
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days from approval
- The refund will be credited to the original payment method
- Additional 3-5 business days may be required for the amount to reflect in your account depending on your bank
6. Non-Refundable Items
- Platform convenience fees (in certain cancellation scenarios)
- Completed consultations and services
- Diagnostic reports already generated
- Medicines delivered in proper condition
7. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
- Log in to your account
- Go to "My Appointments" or "My Orders"
- Select the booking you want to cancel
- Click "Cancel" and select the reason
- Submit the cancellation request

8. Exceptions
click2book reserves the right to refuse refunds in cases of suspected fraud, abuse of the refund policy, or violation of our Terms of Service.
